PETALUMA 360--Are they watching the store?

The Press Democrat has an excellent comprehensive policy governing the content of postings to its website. Therefore, I do not have to expend "mental calories" deliberating on what a policy should be.

At this point, I feel like the dog who caught the car and does not know what to do with it. Or to put it more locally-- I didn't get the Pulse of Petaluma, but I think I hit an artery.

News articles, blogs, and letters to the editor all contain the name of the reporter or author. There was a time when even newspaper editorials contained a signature.

THREE LITTLE CARTS...A tale of 3

I long ago gave up documenting and writing about Petaluma's abandoned shopping carts...for reasons of exhaustion, if nothing else. However, from time to time I encounter cart scenes worthy of a few words.

Petaluma's fowl & wildlife react to the tentative decision of the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors (BOS) allowing an asphalt plant opposite Shollenberger Park!

To say their feathers were ruffled would be a gross understatement!
